Rifarm Ltd. is one of Russia’s leading independent distributor of medicines, engaged in wholesale and retail trade of medicines, medical supplies and medical equipment; product certification services. The company’s stuff is about 700 employees working in the largest Russian cities. Rifarm ltd has branch network in Moscow, Perm, Irkutsk and Ufa and representatives in Ekaterinburg and Orenburg.
We also have our own pharmacy network presented in Chelyabinsk, Kopeysk, Langepas and Pakachi.
The company has introduced mySAP All-in-One solutions for managing business-processes that allow company to improve strategic planning and business managing. In particular the functionality of the system is used in the field of accounting, controlling, marketing, purchasing, managing warehouses ,and quality management and workflow.

About company
The Company has four sales departments: two regional sales departments, that shares the whole territory of Russia; Chelyabinsk sales department, dealing with hospitals, medical institutions and pharmacies in Chelyabinsk. Tenders/bids department presents the Company in tenders/bids.
The company is working on a permanent increase in the range of medicines and medical supplies to meet client needs.
The warehouse set is a special constructed two-floor building with total area of about 3000 square meters. The warehouse is divided into areas where items are stored according to temperature, weight, dimensions and other characteristics. 130 employees work in offices directly related to the processing of goods and accompanying documentation.
The company has subsidiary units and departments such as financial service, human resources department, IT unit and others.
HISTORY
The idea for the company emerged from Igor Romanov, a scientist from Chelyabinsk State Technical University, who is a current chairman of the company .In 1994 he established Rifarm LLC as joint-venture with “Urbrit” Russian-British company. At first time the company carried out its activity in Chelyabinsk region, but in 1995 it began to expand the sales to neighbor regions. Taking advantage of the excellent geographical location the company successfully extended and opened its branches in the whole territory of Russian Federation. In 1999 new branch was opened in Krasnoyarsk city; in 2000 the company created new branches in Novosibirsk and Perm cities; in 2001 Rifarm branches were established in Ufa and Irkutsk; in 2002 in Moscow .
In 1998 the first pharmacy was opened in Chelyabinsk.
In September 2003 offset machine was bought to manufacture package for medicines. In January 2003 Rifarm opened a new printing office of its own.
The Company’s retail business activities have developed in Khanty-Mansiysky autonomous district in June 2004 the fist pharmacy was opened in Langepas city.
The Company’s infrastructure and facilities have been changing with the stable growth of sales volumes and geography .In September 2005 The problem of territorial fragmentation of the Company in Chelyabinsk city and a separate warehouse locations was sold: the administration and warehouse terminal were merged in one building.
Now Rifarm Ltd. is situated in Chelyabinsk suburb in a picturesque place near Kremenkul lake and has 3-floor office building and 2-floor warehouse with total area of 5700 square meters.
